Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the W.S. Colors mobile application (“the App”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
Description of Service
W.S. Colors is a mobile application that provides access to Wada Sanzo's collection of harmonious color combinations. The App includes features such as:
- Browsing 348 color palettes from the original collection
- Color scanning using your device's camera
- Copying color codes (CMYK, RGB, HEX, LAB)
- Saving favorite color combinations
License to Use
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes. This license does not include the right to:
- Modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the App
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App for any commercial purpose without our written consent
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices in the App
Intellectual Property
The color combinations featured in this App are based on the work of Wada Sanzo and are in the public domain. The App itself, including its design, code, and user interface, is owned by Manuel Rebollo Báez and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
User Conduct
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:
- Use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its related systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Use the App to transmit harmful or malicious content
Privacy
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which explains how we handle information when you use the App.
Camera Access
The App may request access to your device's camera for the color scanning feature. Camera access is used solely for this purpose, and no images are stored, transmitted, or shared. You can revoke camera permissions at any time through your device settings.
Disclaimers
The App is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that:
- The App will be error-free or uninterrupted
- Color accuracy will be perfect in all lighting conditions
- The App will meet your specific requirements
- Any defects will be corrected
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or use, arising from your use of the App.
Updates and Modifications
We may update the App from time to time to improve functionality, fix bugs, or add new features. We may also modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, with or without cause or notice. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
Third-Party Services
The App uses third-party services (Google Analytics and Firebase Crashlytics) for analytics and crash reporting. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies.
